She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Beard; and her parents, Nick DeNardis and Pearl DeNardis (Piccirilli). She is survived by: her children, Donald J. (Karen), James E. (Carol), Richard A. (Mary), Kelly J. Minnich (Donald) and Carol A. Menges (Gregory); and her grandchildren, Amy, Christine, Anthony, Desiree, Jennifer, Susan and Blake. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis's name may be made to the Lebanon VFW Post 23 Honor Guard, 718 Chestnut Street, Lebanon, PA 17042.
