We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2020, at the age of 70, Phyllis A. Chadwick-Rittle (Lebanon, Pennsylvania), born in Annville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George R. Chadwick, Jr.; her parents, Harvey, Jr. Sweigert and Helen Sanders Sweigert; and her siblings, Robert, Terry, Kenneth Sweigert and Darlene Heist.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna M. (Gregory S. Doll) of Lebanon, Kathy Jo (Jeffrey Miller) of Palmyra and Georgette J. (Ronald Sutton) of Jonestown; and her brother David Sweigert of Fawn Grove. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
