He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Fancovic and Elsie Fancovic (Jacoby); and his sister Bernadine. He is survived by: his wife Ruth C. Fancovic (Brown); his children, Jennifer Belcher, Nicholas Fancovic (Tara), Nathan Fancovic (Heather) and Brandon Fancovic (Mary); his grandchildren, Travis Jr., Wyatt, Noah, Lila, James, Emma, Carter, Ethan, Hannah and Raelynn; and his brothers, Dennis Fancovic and Stephen Fancovic (Patricia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phillip's name may be made to St. Paul's Knights of Columbus.
