He was predeceased by: his parents, George Petruska and Elizabeth Petruska (Dellinger). He is survived by: his wife Earlene J. Petruska (Wolukis); his children, Paul Petruska, Jr. (Steph) and Dolores Brent; his grandchildren, Greg Petruska (Summer), Nicole Rhoades (Dave) and Laura Brent; his great grandchildren, William Rhoades and Chance Petruska; and his siblings, John Petruska, Barbara Draude (John) and Polly Gernert (late Terry Gernert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
