She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick G. Shay; and her parents, William J. Barry and Lucy Tice Barry. She is survived by: her children, Joseph F. Shay of Mount Gretna and Patricia Anne (Attorney Thomas S.); her grandchildren, Victoria Anne (Skye Allsop) of Truckee, CA, Mary Katherine (Joel Light) of Colleyville, TX, Thomas Shay Long (Lauren) of Lebanon, PA and Attorney Frederick Sommers Long (Jaclyn) of Lebanon, PA.; and her great grandchildren, James, Oliver, Isaac Allsop of Truckee, CA, Delia, Tobias Light of Colleyville, TX, Charlotte, Ruby, Theodore Long of Lebanon, PA and Lenora Long of Lebanon, PA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (2 N 8th St, Lebanon, PA 17046). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
