It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia M. Sergott of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Sergott, Sr.; her parents, Edward Gajda and Mae Gajda (Babula); and her brother Thomas E. Gajda. She is survived by: her sons, John W. Sergott, Jr. (Ginger) and Kyle A. Sergott (Diana); her grandchildren, Kalin, Seth and Veronica Sergott; her great grandchild Alice; and her sister Carol Baron. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patricia's name to St. Mary's Church.
