She was predeceased by: her husband George J. Petruska; her parents, Paul J. and Mary T. Fraytic (Gaidos); and her brother Paul "Tom" Fraytic. She is survived by: her children, Alicia A. Wike and Georgine K. Purcell (James); her grandchildren, Blaine, Sidney and MaKenna; and her sister Suzanne M. Akerley (Fraytic). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
