He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Blouch and Margaret Blouch (Roach). He is survived by: his wife Violet M. Blouch (Schriver); his children, Starr Cline of Campbelltown and Jeffrey Blouch (Patty) of Cleona; and his stepchildren, Kevin Myers (Celie) of Jonestown and Peggy Heisler (Matthew) of Annville. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
