He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Bruder Culbert; his daughters, Catherine Culbert of Hershey and Kimberly (John Reitenbach) of Ephrata; and his brother Peter (Beverly Culbert) of Lebanon. He is also survived by his 3 granddaughters; 4 great grandsons.
