She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred B. Fields; her parents, Ernest P. Fields and Edith Petry Fields; her son Dann "Boone" Fields; and her siblings, Anna Wood, Ernest Miller and Mark Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Alfred "Sam" Fields (Judith), Barbara (Kenneth Sutton), Andrew "Hap" Fields (Kathleen) and Linda (David Gehman). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Faith Baptist Church, 220 S. 22nd St., Lebanon, PA 17042.
