We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2021, at the age of 84, Mary Jane Sforza of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, born in Hershey, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John A. "Jick" Sforza; and her parents, Santa Tacca and Adeline Tacca (Simmons). She is survived by: her sons, John C. Sforza (Jan Rosario), Joseph A. Sforza (Cindy Ferreia) and Anthony L. Sforza (Cathy Brannan); and her granddaughters, Jessica Ann and Olivia Marie.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary Jane's name may be made to St. Mary's Church.
