He was predeceased by: his mother Georgina Rosa; and his brother Richard Andino. He is survived by: his father Manuel Arroyo; his wife Wanda; his children, Kissie Bonilla, Richard Andino, Kirializ Guzman, Manfredo Andino, Jennifer Coles, Cynthia Bonilla, Jonathan Andino and Angel Bonilla; and his siblings, Manuel Arroyo Jr., Beatriz Cruz and Ana Cosme. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
