She was predeceased by: her father Timothy A. Rotkiske. She is survived by: her mother Jody L. Rotkiske (Charles Miller) of Lebanon; her sons, Garrett T. Shultz of Wernersville and Aiden M. Shultz of Wernersville; her sister Kristy Lynn Rotkiske of Lancaster; and her stepsiblings, Bridget Miller of Hummelstown and Brandon (Kylie Miller) of Lancaster. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
