She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin D. Hershey, Jr.; and her parents, William Fake and Alma Boltz Fake. She is survived by: her children, Melvin D. Hershey, III (Karen) of Lebanon, William C. Hershey of Lebanon, Charles I. Hershey (Ginger) of Annville, Mary E. Hershey of Palmyra and Sally Ann Green of Lebanon. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 2529 Interstate Drive, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110 in her memory.
