He was predeceased by: his wife Susanne M. Smith (Fasnacht); his parents, Victor Smith and Jean Smith (Allwein); and his sister Donna Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Sue Mitchell (Joshua) and Stefanie Ann Holler (Tom); his grandchildren, Jarrod Shutter (Caley), Matthew Mitchell, Kathryn Holler and Emma Mitchell; his great grandchild Grayson Shutter; and his siblings, Jim, Mark Smith, Carol Nash and Beth Bennett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
