She was predeceased by: her father James C. Apple; her grandparents, Henry, Willie Pearl Apple, Edward and Ollie Mae Wilson; and her aunts and uncles, Lawrence Lampkin, Jerry Lampkin, Eunice Wilson, Theressa Apple and Wanda Albino.
She is survived by: her mother Louise M. Wilson of Lebanon; her siblings, Jalisha M. Apple and James C. Apple Jr.; and her aunts and uncles, Arthur Lampkin (Joanne Douglas), Edward Wilson, Kathy LaCour (John LaCour III), Debra Wilson-Harris, Violet Apple, Jacqueline Ressler and Pamela Apple. She is also survived by Godparents, Godchildren and many cousins and loving friends.
