She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S. Williams and Marguerite Williams; her stepson Jason R. Doutt; her granddaughter Emily Lloyd; and her brothers, Kenneth Williams, Charles Williams, Jr. and Richard Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Richard F. "Pete" Doutt, Jr.; her daughters, Sandra Foss Werley (Lanny) and Mary Foss Ingram; her stepchildren, Amy Doutt Lloyd (Soy) and Brian S. Doutt (Kelly); her grandchildren, Jonathan Shank, Lauren Evans, Kristin Alexander, Kaitland Bush, Jason Lloyd, Alexa Doutt and Kierstin Doutt; and her great grandchildren, Kyla Chambers, Chloe Shank, Jonathan Shank, Henry Evans, Layla Shank and Kameron Hayden. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
