She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Ratcliffe, Sr.; and her parents, Leroy Clay and Anna Clay (Eck). She is survived by: her close friend Dennis Ulrich; and her children, Virginia Felty (Brian), Ronald Ratcliffe, Jr. (Theresa), Karen Davis (late William Davis) and Tammy Felty (Chris). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
