She was predeceased by: her husband Robert P. Adams; her parents, Conrad Horn and Mary Horn (Bering); and her sister Frances Curtin. She is survived by: her stepson Robert P. Adams, Jr.; and her siblings, Conrad P. Horn (Arlene), Mary Ann Bruder (Paul), Patricia Meagher, Paul Horn and Christine Horn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
