He is survived by: his daughters, Bobbi Jo Boris (Kevin) and Amy Frantz; his grandchildren, Morgan L. Shiffer, Evan M. Frantz and Owen Joseph Boris; his great grandchildren, Delilah A. Santiago and Ziyon Garcia; his pet Mitzy; and his siblings, Patricia Mease, Franklin Shiffer Jr., George Shiffer, Willard Shiffer, Daniel Shiffer, Rebecca Lesh and Ethel McMullen.
