He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Miller and Mary Miller (Solie); and his siblings, Winnie, Randy, Peggy, Clarence, Ed and Geraldine.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Y. Miller (Erb); his children, Joseph F. Miller, Jr. and Bonita May Miller; his stepchildren, Jeffrey P. Reppert and Vicki Lynn Marino; and his siblings, Patti (Joseph), Lloyd (Gayle), Fern (Kenneth), Ronald (Barbara), Sharon and Leroy. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six step grandchildren.
