He was predeceased by: his wife Alvera Perugini Park (Vera); his parents, William Park and Margaret Park; and his foster brother A. Charles Sullivan. He is survived by: Robert Marsh.
To honor his memory, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jack's honor may be made to the Mount Lebanon Evangelical Presbyterian Church to support the Sperry, Cameron, Horne Senior Adult Ministry and the Mission Team of the Church.
