He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Alexandra and Greg; his grandchildren, Natalie and Lauren; and his siblings, Sandra D'Italia and Lee Kauper.
The family had a private funeral and asks that any donations be made to Pappus House York PA or the Smithsonian Institute.
