He was predeceased by: his parents, John, Jr. Poukish and Rosemarie Poukish (Mascio). He is survived by: his children, Melissa Stevens (Mark) and John J. Poukish IV; the mother of his children Nora; his grandsons, Ray Poukish and John J. Poukish V; and his siblings, Susan, Elaine and Roy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
