He is survived by: his family, Yorkie and Jettie; his children, Kim Kettering (Dave), Kelley Heim (Chuck) and Clayton Dullebawn (Joan); his grandchildren, Ryan Heim (Becky), Kristin Manz (Michael), Korissa Kettering, Ian Heim (Samantha) and Cody Heim; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Heim, Noah Earnshaw, Austin Heim, Jackson Heim, Harper Earnshaw and Adalyn Heim.
Memorial donations can be made in John's name to the American Cancer Society.
