Kitchenoff of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy L. Kitchenoff (Strausser); and his nephew Thomas "Tommy". He is survived by: his father Lloyd H., Jr. (Ellen Kitchenoff) of Womelsdorf; his siblings, Melissa (Gary Ritzman) of Bethel, Mickie (Henry Kreiser) of Myerstown and Lloyd T. Kitchenoff of Bernville; and his nieces and nephews, Gregory, Ashley, Alyssa, Travis and Leah.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the MHMR Foundation, 3840 Hulen St., Fort Worth, TX 76107.
