She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Barr and Esther Barr (Patschke); and her brothers, Dennis Barr and Jack Long. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Reed, Jr.; and her daughters, Vicki Perez and Linda Zenor. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
