He was predeceased by: his nephew Kevin De'Pugh. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Hoke and Diana Hoke (Harvey); and his sisters, Nancy Liskey, Wanda Day, Cindy Hoke, Shelley White and Lisa De'Pugh. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
