It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Balsbaugh of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie G. Balsbaugh (Good); his parents, Marvin Balsbaugh and Mary Balsbaugh (Madara); and his sister Linda Arnold. He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle Short (Josh) of Jonestown, PA and Kaitlyn Hurst (Roy) of Reinholds, PA; and his grandchildren, Emma Short, Elsie Short, Melanie Hurst and Wyatt Hurst.
