He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna V. Zidik (Ogurcak) and Andrew Zidik; his wife Joan F. Zidik (Forry); and his siblings, Edward, John, George Zidik and Mary Ann Kahl.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alicia Keesey (Fred Keesey) of Lebanon, Stephanie Zidik of Lebanon and Tina Haser of Hershey; his close friend Jere Groft of Landisville; his granddaughter Tara Eisenhauer of Tampa, FL; his great grandchildren, Vyktoria Horst of Hershey, Hayli and Chloe Eisenhauer of Lebanon; and his sisters, Elizabeth Franklin of Dunedin, FL and Patricia Ziegler (Earl) of Fredericksburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
