She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Martichenko (Krowchenko) and Nicholas Martichenko. She is survived by: her husband G. Ronald Slade; her children, Laurel D. (James Irwin) of South Lebanon, Lorraine D. (late John D. Schneider, Jr.) of Baton Rouge, LA and Daniel R. (Gwen Slade) of St. Mary's; and her siblings, Ruby Sailer, Diane Edie, John Martinchenko and Laurence Martinchenko. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
