He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanford Bohr and Arlene Seiders Bohr; and his brother John Bohr. He is survived by: his spouse Lorie Waltman Bohr; his sons, Herbert J. Bohr, Jr. of Annville and Daulton J; and his siblings, Patricia Miller of Lebanon, Kenneth Bohr of Newport and Richard (Tammy Bohr) of Leesport.
