He was predeceased by: his father Harry E. Shay; his grandson Shane Wolfe; and his sister Eleanor Peiffer (late Robert). He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen L. Bachman (Eugene), Barbara Shay and Kristen M. Wolfe (Thomas "Billy"); and his brothers, Larry B. Shay (Barb), Michael Shay (late Marion "Fooz") and Dennis Shay (Louise). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
