Davis Billingham Kurtz; his children, Karen J. Blair (Douglas J.), Gregory N. Kurtz II and Misty J. Billingham Daubert; his grandchildren, Tyler D. Blair, Matthew W. Blair, Joshua K. Blair, Kiersten E. Billingham Fies (Luke D.) and Adam M. Daubert; his great grandchild Dawson L. Fies; and his nieces and nephews, Nancy I. Kellaher, Melissa C. Markey, Brian J. Stipe and Michael E. Gable.
