(Spangler); his daughter Stephanie Hodgson (Jeremiah Hodgson); his grandchild Jesse; his son Michael Smetana (Tiana Smetana); his grandchildren, Micah and Clara; his siblings, Sharon and Phil (Jen); and his siblings-in-law, Dawson Spangler, David Spangler, Beverly Johnson and Judy Troxell (Gary). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
