He is survived by: his spouse Lissette Kain (Garcia); his children, Ashly Mari, Orlando Felix, Romelis Tineo and Carina Tineo; and his siblings, Elwood Jr., Robert, Eugene, Margaret Mary and Roseann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
