Smith, Beth Basehore (John), Christopher Smith and Stephanie Smith; his grandchildren, Brandon Bernard (Sherrie), Matthew Basehore (Julie), Tyler Basehore (Kayla), Zacharie Smith (Abby), Daulton Smith and Jordyn Smith; his great grandchildren, Brandon Bernard, II and Emma Bernard; and his siblings, Ann Brucker (Edward), Joyce Pauley (Danny) and Wayne Smith.
