She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Foster; and her parents, William Shay and Margie Shay (Brown). She is survived by: her children, Donna Mishoe, Carol Wattai (Rick), Aileen Fortna, Robert G. Foster (Kristi), Damian Foster (Kimberly), Mary J. Carlino (David), Kathleen McDevitt and Patricia Donley (John). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
