Stephens (Lebanon, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 59. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard G. Stephens and Mary Ann Stephens; and his brother Anthony C. Stephens. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael J. of Lebanon, Robert G. of Lebanon and Joseph D. of Lebanon; and his nieces, Nicole, Shelby and Michaela.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Frank's honor to Halcyon Activity Center or Lebanon Humane Society.
