She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie E. Hertzog (Boltz) and Titus S. Hertzog; her son Bradley S. Kapp; and her brothers, Clark and Malcolm Hertzog.
She is survived by: her husband Allen D. Kapp; and her children, Valerie A. Kapp (Robin Spiller), Andrew D. Kapp (Nancy), Anthony T. Kapp of Lebanon and Raef A. Kapp (Beth). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and several nieces & nephews.
