He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Rhoads and Helen Rhoads (Beard); and his siblings, Joanne Fortney, Donald Rhoads, Betty Fox and Doris Stickler.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra F. Rhoads (Zern); his children, Michael Rhoads of Jonestown, Mitchell Rhoads (Jeanette) of Hubert, Michelle Orner (Terry) of Jonestown and Milissa Fox of Jonestown; his sister Sandy Hartman (Robert) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Alicia, Mitchell, Kayla, Brittany, Nick and Trista; and his great grandchildren, Harley, Lauren, Bodhi, Phoenix, Vivienne, Hailey and Zaden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
