She was predeceased by: her brothers, Greg and Robert Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Patrick (Lori Muholland) of Carlisle, PA, Debra Evangelisti (Thomas) of Harrisburg, PA., Dale Carroll of Harrisburg, PA. and Melissa Fry (William) of Harrisburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Christopher Evangelisti (Kim), Tiffany Herb (Kyle), Jeremy Patrick (Ali), Brandon Shiposh, Bradley Thomas and Tyler Thomas (Nicole); and her great grandchildren, Natalie Shiposh, Andrew, Brittany Carroll, Madelyn, Olivia and Grant Evangelisti.
