She is survived by: her children, Larry Blouch (Susan), Dennis Blouch, Marjorie Ober (Daniel), Calvin Blouch III and Rita Blouch (James McCarthy); her grandchildren, Christopher Blouch, Victoria Layser (Christopher), Nicole McCoy (Brett) and Danielle Ober (James O'Toole); her great grandchildren, Solen Layser, Lillian Blouch, Tyler Blouch, Greyson McCoy and Brooke McCoy; her brother James Nagle; her cousin Shirley Stegman; and her sister-in-law Arlene Faller (Elmer). She is also survived by niece and several nephews.
Memorial donations can be made in Dorothy's name to the Humane Society of Lebanon County.
