She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Joseph Mahoski, Sr.; her parents, Leonard Rotolo and Angelina Rotolo; and her brothers, James Rotolo and Joseph Rotolo.

She is survived by: her children, Marianne Alford (Ken Kreiser), Kathleen Wike (Scott), Frank Mahoski Jr. (Leann) and James L. Mahoski. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
