He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Horn and Mary Horn (Bering); his sons, Michael and James Horn; and his sisters, Josephine Adams, Frances Curtin and Christine Horn.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene C. Horn (Wenger); his sons, Conrad P. Horn, Jr. (Laurie), Patrick Horn (Theresa), David Horn, Joseph Horn (Christen) and William Horn (Joanne); and his siblings, Paul Horn, Mary Ann Bruder and Patricia Meagher. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Cecilia's Church (120 E Lehman St, Lebanon, PA 17046). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Gertrudes Cemetery (610 E Maple St, Lebanon, PA 17046).
