He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Keyser and Vara DeHart Keyser; his wife Norma D. Keyser; and his sisters, Patricia Chubb and Arline Richcreek.
He is survived by: his nephews, Terry Chubb and Michael Richcreek; his stepchildren, Eugene Cooper, Jr. and Debra Bowman; his grandchildren, Danielle, Kyle, Katelyn, Jeff, Michael and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Graham and Porter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be sent to The Salvation Army in his name.
