She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Gann; her parents, Conrad Horn and Mary Horn (Bering); and her sisters, Josephine Adams and Frances Curtin.

She is survived by: her siblings, Conrad Horn (Arlene), Paul Horn, Mary Ann Bruder (Paul) and Patricia Meagher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Christine's name can be made to Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Rd., Myerstown, PA 17067.
