She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul W. Deck and Marie A. Deck Snyder (Rice) of Lebanon, PA.; and her sisters, Evelyn Schott, Barbara Eisenhauer and Julia Eshleman.
She is survived by: her husband John C. Banks, Jr.; her children, Barbara M. Reed (Frank), Carol L. Kline (Charles), J. Conrad Banks, III (Pamela), Cynthia A. Whitman (Thomas) of Middletown, MD and Brenda L. Shultz (David); and her sisters, Evie, Salem and Advent. She is also survived by her 5 children, 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
