It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E Williams of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 13, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Border Williams and Betty Jane E. Trafford Williams; his brother Carl Williams; his sister-in-law Sharon Williams; and his aunt Marlene Leiss.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Heberling Williams; his brother Jeffrey Williams (Dawn); his nephew Kevin Williams; and his nieces, Nicole Marley and Angie Brenneman. He is also survived by his wife, daughter and grandchildren.
