She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Scaramuzzino and Marion Scaramuzzino; her husband Richard E. Lefever; her daughter Lisa Ruiz; and her siblings, Lois Scaramuzzino, Sam Scaramuzzino and Skip Scaramuzzino.

She is survived by: her children, Denise M. Kreiser, Richard Scaramuzzino, Gary Scaramuzzino and Michael Lefever; her grandchildren, Ashley DeSevo, Amber Kreiser and Felicia Kreiser; her great grandchildren, Brayden DeSevo and Patryck; and her brothers, Robert Scaramuzzino and Jeff Scaramuzzino.
